Before the changes within TGN , they used to lose 5% of payments or something and would then refuse to send them and their staff acted like 5 yr olds.

I agree, the main thing why I want to be partnered is because of all the features you get: custom thumbnails, border on your channel,...It doesnt even matter if i get paid for my vids, cause im doing it for fun.

But u get costum thumbnails if ur channel is like 1 month old ? My old personal channel is 1year old no vids, no subs just a account and i have costum thumbnails. But yeah maybe im wrong.

You get custom thumbnails on YouTube when you have an active adsense account. (I am not really sure though)
