Good graphic creating app?

My apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this under.

I'm looking for a great and easy to use, but free app that I can use to make things with like my YouTube banner and what not. If anyone has some ideas or knows what I can use please, please, please let me know lol

There's two apps I mainly use, one is for smartphones and the other is a desktop browser app.

• PicsArt is a free and easy-to-use graphic design app for iOS and Android. You get a powerful graphic designer right in your pocket
• Backgrounder 3 is the online browser tool. It's easy to use but has limited features.

Both are highly recommended by me, as I use both for all of my videos.
