Good Camera and Microphone?

I was looking at the zoom h5 portable recorder recently and that can be mounted on a camera, it's very versatile and you can buy different shaped mic attachments for it which apparently sound quite good. You can even take it off and use it as a standalone mic or mobile recorder for other purposes.
Given your budget maybe you're looking for something more expensive but I think the zoom seemed cool because you can swap out the different mic attachments as if they were camera lenses.

you want something portable and you'll want a few different lens for different situations.
I'd say get the SL2 canon, autofocus is money
get the 24mm lens (APS-C so it's closer to 48mm), get yourself a 10-18mm lens and then the kit lens 18-55 will probably suffice for almost everything else you do.
then get a Rode VideomicPro+ - it's actually exactly what we use.
We also have a A6500 for 4k video and we use a variety of gopros, but like i said, it's mostly due to our content. hope this helps!
