My main goal is to just get better and better at making videos. This will drive everything else. My channel is new, and i’ve only uploaded 1 video per week, most weeks since October. I’m still figuring out what my thing is, and practicing it.
Hopefully, if every video is better than the previous, i practice good SEO and keep my videos a little shorter, the watch minutes will come and so will the subs. And if not... my aim is still to make better videos because i’m addicted to it
