You can use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, monetised or not, worldwide, creative commons licenced, change it, whatever. I prefer that you at least alter it slightly so that not everyone has the exact same one, but you don't have to change it. It's totally free, no obligations. If you feel like it, you can thumbs up the original video as a thank you, but it's not required though. I will be making more and releasing them occasionally, so keep an eye out.
Look for it on my channel if you want it. It's in the "My After Effects Projects" playlist on my channel, and it's called "FREE After Effects Space Template". There is a download link in the description. There are some plugins required, however, if there is enough demand, I will provide a non-titled, fully rendered version in mp4 format that you can add your own titles to with any basic editing software.
