I make gameplay videos on youtube and of course i monetize them, but sometimes i get the "can you prove that you're allowed to use... bla bla bla" and i need to show a license of some sort.

The problem is that i can't seem to find these kinds of things no matter what i search for so i'm forced to turn monetization off for those videos. What am i supposed to write here? any other commentators with this same problem or a solution?
 
technically you are breaking copyright monetizing gameplay footage outside of a networks partnership, since the networks have to get permission for people to use a game, it means you would also need to get permission to use a game for videos. but you can still make the vids without monetizing.
