a community channel is a hub channel where different creators (people who upload to yt) upload to this channel. You will need to have a maximum of 6 minute videos so you can create highlights or upload in parts. The videos can be any gaming videos on either, pc, xbox and ps3, old games will not be aloud though aka two year old games nobody watches.
