Fullscreen Subnetwork

I do not quite understand your post. I highly doubt they outreached for a network unless he met the requirements. Fullscreen would probably be the number one place for a sub-network.

They did accept him and he went for Viso instead because he didn`t want it to be like Yeousch who have horrible CPMs...

One of Fullscreen managers mentioned they are not taking any 3rd party networks at this stage. :) That must be answer to your question :)

I was just about to say that!
As for why you would want to sub or 3rd party under Fullscreen makes sense however at this point of having so many partnership networks out there and the loss of many partnership special features... it's probably not the best idea to start another partnership network, because honestly it probably wont be that successful. Unless you have some crazy incentives for people to join and negotiate some extremely high paying ads with youtube.

I think your second point touches on the positives of networks. "crazy incentives" I work with music artists and large talent on YouTube. Our main goal is a lot different than most networks. Those incentives are what we focus on. Good point!

I agree, that's why specialized networks do work really well because they focus on great incentive for that type of creator.
