It's always a good idea to READ the contract and if you don't agree discuss things over with your partner manager:)

You can't just "choose" the 30% split since you've already signed (legally binded) yourself to a contract to which you agreed a 40% split with FS. You can try talking to your partner manager about this though. Ask him to talk to the respective FS people to re-negotiate your contract.

Are you sure? After signing, I don't think they will change your split or any other contract details... how did your partner manager change your contract if you already signed it?

She just said I will change it. She did change it. I font know how but I know it is possible for them to do it.
