Whenever I try to record oon Visual BoyAdvance with Fraps, it says Visual BoyAdvance has run into an inconvenence and needs to close. WHAT DO I DO!?

Maybe your CPU can`t keep up with the game and the recording software at the same time?
(could be another component but CPU is most likely)

This could be one thing:
I have had similar issues with something like this. Basically on some games, some recording software are able to crash the game. It's a bug with either OpenGL or DirectX and there is nothing really you can do unless you they release a hotfix for it.
I had problems with a game called Cry of Fear and Dxtory however the newest update has fixed that. If you haven't got the latest version perhaps look into that?
