But what about problems that the sub-networks are unable to deal with? Forela will simply ignore that as they've got 20+ subnetworks under them, a ton more C.A under them and clearly they aren't going to be able to respond to the subnetworks' problems

I am not under Forela directly, but under one of their Virtual networks. Most contact goes through the VN, but I know that the contact between them is pretty fluent and if I ever contact them directly the response is usually reasonably fast. I understand it's annoying for some partners that it takes so long though.

Ah, a C.A, where you have a pretty little dashboard to keep you happy and everything else goes through the VN, that's what annoyed me, I made the effort of recruiting yet the VN still got the contact details and sent the partners their own promo packs so their network could be advertised. I don't like the VN nor do I like Forela
