This is My first ever banner I made and would love some feedback on it please

Flare kinda ruins it and the pattern overlay is far too strong.

It looks great, but the overlay should be toned down a bit

the flares not very good and use a more modern looking font from like here dafont.com

Yes this looks much much better clear and not a bunch of flashy s**t which is what i think people will be attracted too.
