Looking at it again there I do see what you mean there, at a glance it can look like it.

I read Sex the first time I saw it. The mirroring might need some work or thrown out all together.

Well it looks like "sex". Other then that? Eh. If you ask the average person they will probably think its fine. But crazy gloss and bevel+emboss is a big no in the graphic design community.
