i would suggest doing something more tailored towards your channel type (so what you do on your channel), like production equipment (camera, mic's, props, etc)....this way it will tie in nicely with your channel and show people what it is you do.
it look like you do visual effects as well (the blood and muzzle fairs , etc) so maybe incorporate that as well.....just a few ideas

use the template from the template thread as it will give you a better idea of size.
and so that you get an idea of how it will look other peoples computer monitors try using control + and control - on your keyboard in the web browser to zoom the page in and out....its not a perfect solution but at least you'll get a feel for how it will look. (if you're using a Mac its CMD + and CMD -)

I think the channel design needs to say more about who you are. I'm new to all this as well, but you want people to instantly know what you're about when they land on your channel page. I would say make some specific choices, and roll with em. If they dont work, change it up until they do. Keep it up man, I like your videos
