Machinima's game plan is this, get a little geezer with 100 subscribers, give him crap pay and a 5 year contract. Little geezer says woah, look at that, I'm getting offered payment from Machinima when no other network will accept me.

They then keep you on for the 5 years, hoping that by year 3/4 you'll have grown maybe 20x or 30x the size and raking in mass profits for them as they are still paying you trash, you're just making them all the money and because you're an exclusive partner, you can't leave them and are getting taken advantage of. I don't think you should go with them.
