I use picmonkey.com as well. Very easy and free. You just can't save your projects (you can only save the finished product as jpg or png) unless you buy the Royal version, but normally you only need to make your thumbnail once...picmonkey.com is also a great site to edit your thumbnails

Exactly. I mean I mainly use photoshop but sometimes picmonkey helps with the creative flow.
