Can anyone here say that using Fullscreen has helped them earn more money as well as get more exposure ?

I can, but I would expect the same of any network based on my channel's size.

I started my own YouTube channel a couple months back and was successfully partnered up with FullScreen.

My official YouTube earnings from the videos I did is however, less than $100. When will I be able to withdraw the amount?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

You can withdraw your earnings once it goes over $100 (your earnings) and you'll normally be paid at the end of the month
