So , yes it will probably get higher throughout the year.
CPMs are at their lowest in January because companies have exhausted their piggy banks after the Christmas Season, the generally stay quite low until about June from their they rise over the summer, go down it more it August and then usually climb rapidly until December. December is amazing for CPMs
