these points of view I'm winning, will be calculated after I receive the panel?
or the count will be after receipt of the panel?
if after the panel, I will lose many point of view I'm winning

Mate, i guess you asking if you already earning money since you joined (2 days ago) but still do not have dashboard, or you doubt if you will start earning money only after you receive Dashboard on RPM.
Im not in RPM but im nearly sure you are earning money since first day you joined, no matter if you still do not have dashboard, - dashboard usually delays to appear on new accounts (it can take even 2 weeks or so) But you should not worry as all your videos already are earning you money since the first day you joined Network.
