Donald Trump In the Thumbnail

I want to use a picture of Donald Trump as my YouTube video thumbnail, and I'm just wondering if in any way I could get in trouble for using an image of him? (copyright?) Thanks

Nope can't get in trouble for using his pic, you can get secret service at your doorstep if you make threats to him though, but that should be common sense I guess.

That would all depend on what image you use and who holds the rights to it.... but, the odds of you getting into legal trouble over a thumbnail image is extremely low.

That said, unless your video is explicitly about him, you very easily could find yourself in trouble with YouTube for using a misleading image.
