Does this count as fair use? Rhetorical Analysis on TV Advertisements

I want to create videos that analyses and criticises advertisements.

But to criticise an advertisement I have to actually SHOW IT.

If I make a a video containing a coca-cola advert and a critical analysis of the advert over the top of it, is this going to get taken down? Or does this fall under fair use for educational purposes.

Bare in mind, I may often be very CRITICAL of the product in the advert.

Please, I would really like your help to see whether it's worth me getting excited about this idea or whether I shouldn't bother.

You could maybe include only the parts that you mention and then say that the full videos is linked in the description.
 
I'm sure all of the companies that you want to criticise will be over the moon that you want to use their work.
In the current climate Youtube will be carrying the big advertisers around on velvet pillows so if one of them was to complain about your work I'm sure Youtube would be more than happy to rip it down.
I feel that you would be a walking copyright strike waiting to happen.

Again, a mixed response.

Seems like it technically falls under fair use and yet will probably still get copyright strikes anyway.

I guess its just a huge confusing gray area.

That basically explains copyright law.

Unfortunately, only a court can decide if something is fair use or not. The question is, are you prepared to hire a lawyer and go to trial to prove you *might* be in the right?
