Does partnership with other networks boost a video's ranking?

Hi, I'm just wondering whether partnerships with other networks boost your video ranking, after reading that youtuber partners get the feature.

If you join a MCN you can opt your channel into YouTube's Partner Promotion Program under 'Promotion' tab at Account Settings. Which may boost ranking and advertise certain videos but there isn't any guarantee you will get any results.

"May" boost ranking I said. Being a Partner doesn't push your videos to the front page for every search result on YouTube automatically.. Partner Promotion might,

Hasn`t done anything for me, I know if your get into Maker Studios they give you 75$ worth of adwords credit, that`s not alot....
