YouTube is unfortunately not allowing us to partner those with Community Guidelines strikes now. You'll have to wait out the 6 months (or appeal it) in order to get partnered.
Seeing as my network and Vultra are both apart of the same CMS provider.. you would have to be wrong.Vultra can, just checked
