I think I liked your title sequence the most, but the animation was quite nice as well, kudos! It did seam a little rushed, but certainly a good start. Was this created/animated in After Effects?

What you should try and do is work on some scripts. Maybe take a life experience, for example. Something that had happened to you that you thought was really funny, and maybe give it a twist.
You could always do parodies, too. Those seem to be real popular with animation nowadays!
