I think because that a huge percentage of hacked views come from mobile devices it's easier for networks not bother with mobile views as much.

I`m talking to a guy right now with 960k subs and he got offered a really good contract by them and it doesn`t even include mobile views :|

Do you mean all mobile views or only monetisable? Because I'm talking about all mobile views with or without ads.
