Do daily uploads help channel growth?

I kind of feel like if you have a smaller channel its better to upload every 2 days so you don't get burnt out.
Many of the big channels who do daily video have no job/school and do youtube full time so they can get out out great quality.
I guess it depends on the channel and also comes down to how good you are at time management and video editing.
Vlogs and lightly edited commentary is probably the best fit.
 
If you got FREE Time, you can always edit videos and upload to youtube to show your talent!
Putting more effort will be very stressing and head breaking!
So I suggest, manage your time with your schedule!

If you post some quality videos daily... Yes they will help a lot.. Good quality videos, innovative concepts, and little bit of promotion.. That is the way to become a successful youtuber
