Dispute claim gaming video?

The part in question is not just music. It's music and character dialog. The scene is best completely removed rather than muted.

Hey tarmack, just wanted to ask: Is it only this scene or is it every cutscene? If I have to cut out every cutscene, the playthrough won't even make sense and there's no point even doing one. :/

So far I've only run into it in the helicopter scene. I went back to re-record it after turning the music off and the song was still there, but the aerosmith song while climbing the rocket was gone. I'm not sure if there are any other pre-baked cutscenes further into the game though.
