Custom Thumbnails now introduced

YouTube is NOW finally starting to roll out Custom Thumbnails to all partners in good standing. Every week they will continue to roll out the feature.

Expect to receive custom thumbnails over the next 2 months.

YouTube will have in place automatic flagging for thumbnails that are irrelevant to the video so don't abuse the feature

do you just mean just partners? Cause "full partners" will obviously get all features and non-partners are considered those who don't have a monetization enabled account. Yes it's being enrolled to those who just have monetization enabled accounts to a lot of people already
