Vultra and TGS both payout very high CPMs, TGN I`m not so sure about...
I personally don`t see many partners get so little on a percentage based contract that they`d have to go for fixed.

Former Curse Partner Here! The only 2 downsides them are, 1) They don't help you collaborate with other people in the network, and 2) They will not let you partner a second channel until you reached the required subscriber amount, which is really stupid.

Other then that you get an assured $3 CPM and you can leave whenever you want, which is not a bad deal in my books.

About 2) it used to be with networks that you could just bring the other channel on straight away but YouTube changed the guildlines to say the second channel also has to meet the network`s requirements to be brought onborad.
