I was with TGN for 6months. I'd say they paid me better than RPM. They don't have a dashboard and I also had that 30/70 split before yet it's even better than RPM.) I don't know with their new management though. It's actually more of a hit and miss and there's a lot of factors really. They don't have lock-in though which is good.

I'm just testing out all the networks. They pay good, their support is not that good though. And I wanted a dashboard which they really lacked before. and I bet they still don't have one. Their custom ID(if they still use it) is a hassle especially when you forgot to put it.
