RPM won't take you with 70 subs :p better luck with socialBlade :p
People Prefer Fullscreen because it's just has that family spirit in it ! people never had a bad story with them, Plus they have promotions, Gorilla Project which has A HUGE RPM !! and Their RPM (The profit per 1000 views) is above average ! plus their support is awesome !

1) I applied with 200 subs and 1900 total views while uploading 3-4 times weekly and a 100 views per day :p (you must have at least a 1 month old channel)
2) I applied December 26th and got a response Jan. the 4th (Due to holidays backlog and stuff) you should get one within a week or so ^_^
3) They'll send you an email with the response saying you must confirm you're 18 or Older or you must provide them with you're Parent's email so they would send the contract there
4) within 3 days (2 of them were a weekend) they'll send you the contract containing anything you should know, from the split til every feature they have, when you sign it, They'll send you another email at the same time asking you to make a fullscreen account so you can keep track of your earnings, Gorilla campaigns and other stuff
6) This step took me less than 24 hours because I never enabled monetization, You'll receive an email from youtube wanting you to confirm the video claiming (that you're a part of CreatorX), Just link the youtube account :p if you did enable monetization this would take up to 3 weeks :p
7) enjoy your features and claim your videos ^_^

Sorry But I can't tell you -_- plus it differs from a channel to another , But I can tell you that It's good ! better than most of the networks:p They'll send it in the contract, you can decline if you don't like it :p

write a 1 if its 70/30 a 2 if its 60/40
