most likely you were denied, Creator X seems to look for around 100 views daily, you only have 1,100 views now so that`s 1100/30 = 36 views daily over the last month, so you`re not even close to the views.
Edit : you got 714 views this month / 24 views daily, so when you applied last month you must have had less that 400 views..
