So, 1st of all, hello! :D
Now to my problem. So, i went to their site
And i done everything they asked for...but that was one month ago :O
So i am here thinking if there is any problem or if it is normal :O
Is there anything i can do?
 
Open a ticket or send an email to the person that sent you the contract. It can take a while to get everything finalised but you should probably have heard something by now.

Hmmm how can i open a ticket? XD And thats the problem i never got an email from them :/

Could you be a bit more specific?

1. Are you a contracted partner with them? As in, have you signed the contract?
2. Have you linked your dashboard with them yet?
3. When/what's the last thing you heard from them?

Okay ;)

Okay so, i went to their site and connected my account with them, then told them my email, because the site asked for it, and then the site told me to wait...and i waited and waited, and that was one month ago :O
So i never heard anything from them, since they never sent me a message :/ And i never signed a contract with them, and i think my dashboard is linked because i connected my youtube account with them :)

Your information is contradicting itself.

You cannot be a partner with them if you haven't signed a contract. When you say you connected your YouTube account with them, you haven't linked your dashboard, they basically do this to have access to analytics so they can review your channel for partnership.

They haven't accepted or denied you yet. Either keep waiting or send their Facebook/YouTube a message if you don't have an e-mail.
 
I had a similar problem however it is resolved. I applied for partner over 3weeks ago and haven't heard back, then someone told me to tweet to them and they responded straight away and sent an email to me saying I have been approved. All you'll have to do is send them a twitter message. Hope this helps :)
