Could I leave my network this way?

Tbh, I don't mean this harshly, but next time, do your research on networks before you consider joining one. Because the amount of people I have seen who come on the forums who talk about networks such as this and then are told it is a bad network change their minds really quickly. Now don't lie about this because you were the one who made the thread asking why they are so bad. You changed your mind within such a short period of time. Now I'm afraid you can't do anything, in their contract it states every new channel will go under there CMS. So they pretty much f**k you over at all times. You could give it a go I guess, no harm doing so, if you escape then well congrats on being released from the awfulness that is AwesomenessTV and remember next time, do your research. ;)

This goes out to everyone.

Hehe, they should rename AwesomnessTv into AwfulnessTv C:[DOUBLEPOST=1367112326,1367112267][/DOUBLEPOST]
A little heads up: Pretty much every network I know of won't pay you your money until the total reaches $100 or more. That's just how they do it. We're with Fullscreen and they do it that way.

But this is AwesomnessTv, they don't ask for Paypal information and they allow anyone in. Hence the 56,000+ channels they have.

To be fair the contract was 13 pages with a font size of 11. Maybe reading it was too mainstream.

I mean't if I read your post on ATV I wouldn't want to release you, also I'd advise reading legally binding contracts in the future.

Hey, I'm not blaming it on anyone. I didn't read the contract. Once the contracts up they will have my middle finger in their face and I shal' be free.

Don't blame them if you're the one who didn't research regarding the network or read the contract.

Plus they don't allow making money off gaming videos so you're pretty much screwed.

...Why do I wan't to leave their network you might be asking yourself? They are exploiting me. They put me into a contract...

I'm confused. They forced you to accept the contract?

When people make thees types of posts, they may think that they can publically badmouth networks into getting them to change the terms but in actuality, you are publicaly admitting that you didn't do your homework. Welcome to the real world! Hopefully yourself and others can learn from this experience.

Meh, unless you get millions of views the money is practically nothing.

If you breach the contract, they can still enforce the rest of the contract while tossing you out-which means you are no longer with them (no support), your videos will continue to have ads run on them and they get to keep all your income for the duration of the contract.
