Could I leave my network this way?

Ok, so i'm sure that you've heard of ATV. I recently partnered with them and I'm having no problems so far. Why do I wan't to leave their network you might be asking yourself? They are exploiting me. They put me into a contract for 2 years and only pay me when I reach 100$ in money. I feel like I am their ***** and they are my pimp. Let me leave these scumbags. If I close my account completely they can't get me right?
 
Did you ask them politely to let you go?
Don't take this for granted but I believe that if you close your account they can do nothing about it..

My buddy got them to terminate the contract some how ha ha. So it is possible, but you can't just close it and make a new one, the contract you signed states that any new channel you make goes under their contract as well :/

No, mate.. I haven't heard of them cause I'm not into joining a network..
That sucks! :( wait for other people to respond.. Maybe you can do something else than closing your account!

I'm just going to have to pass through it. I will send them a email and in a few years I might get a email back.

Okay so it seems the only thing you are complaining about is the terms of the contract you agreed to .. you agreed to a 2 year contract with a 100$ threshold. Calling them scumbags online on a site that links to your channel is also not very helpful. Also by the terms of the contract you agreed any new channels you create will be partnered with them.
 
A little heads up: Pretty much every network I know of won't pay you your money until the total reaches $100 or more. That's just how they do it. We're with Fullscreen and they do it that way.
