Isn't it always giving you a message that says "Your account has been approved for monetization! For more info click here!" I get that message after a new video has been up a couple days or so. Can't remember if it says my account has been approved, or my video has, but I get that message all the time.
 
It shows up like a banner across my screen. I'm pretty sure I saw a place to monotize before though, maybe when you edit video? I'll look around for ya.

I'm totally confused dude. When I open up my video manager there is a green bar across the top that says "Congratulations, your videos have been approved for monetization, click here to learn more" So I click there, and it claims that in my video manager section there will be an option next to the videos called "begin revenue sharing" and I can click that to monetize. But when I go to my videos, I don't see this option anywhere, so I don't know man.
