hello, when i download many videos from youtube and take one or two part from each video and edit and form a new video so will youtube monetiza these kind of videos? please reply

Are you asking for permission to use these videos?
 
Downloading videos you don't own from YouTube is a Terms Of Service violation; and compilations or edits of such certainly will not be monetized.

Might I suggest that if you have no ability to create original video content that YouTube will see as monetizable, that you consider a more traditional income approach like a job?
