Well, stop gaming.

Well I have the commercial rights to the content I upload unlike some people I open up your YouTube and see a ton of copyright strikes just waiting to happen. Like your channel trailer and banner. You don't have the rights to show any of that cinematic footage in your channel trailer (you could get a ton of strikes for that) and your banner, why are you branding yourself with other peoples game characters? That is a huge copyright issue if you don't get permission first! So yeh... I won't stop playing games, but I think you need to or you need to clean up your channel to prevent yourself from getting another copyright strike...

Did you get a copyright claim or really a strike? cause there's a big deference between these things.

I wouldn't really call it a problem, more of a consequence. Your only option is to try and buy a license from them. If they own the copyrights to any other vines in that video, you're probably going to have to pay for licenses for all of them.
