Confusion. Ok, I'm already a YouTube Partner, Should I Go Elsewhere?

Thank you. I think there's quite a few good ones out there. I literally spent the entire day yesterday looking at reviews and such on partnerships. Even that wasn't enough. I think I know where I'm 'leaning' though. (towards the left, mostly, lol)
 
Since you are just starting out, try to find the shortest contract possible. Think of your contract as your hourly wage for a job. Would you want to be locked into the same wage for a job for 3 years without any possibility of a raise? Or would you rather be re-evaluated every year with a new salary based on your performance? That's essentially what long term contracts d0-they lock you in at a base rate that can seriously undervalue you as your channel grows.

Definitely know what you're getting into and compare contracts if you apply at multiple Networks.

Well another reason to wait would be to see what features the new layout gives you that mutes the features networks can give you. I think I mentioned this in another post. :]
And I didn't mean it to come off as "wait TO grow before you apply" I meant it as "wait & do research AND grow in the meantime" :]

This thread has definitely turned increasingly funnystrangeweirdhilarious. I love watching ya'lls videos..I'm still going through them..these are great, so much talent! And I still have no idea what i wanna apply to. I've applied to two so far. Accepted at one, no decision at this time on that..and perhaps a couple more to apply to. I notice though, that I will find a partner that's become partnered with another partner, and so, you have to use the / sign to show how the two have merged..What craziness is this? haha, it's all so nuckin futz!
