Confused with Google Keyword Planner and Tubebuddy results

Yeah I see it's not that cheap. To grow a Youtube channel, should I also aim for Google?

Depends what keywod(s) niche you are targetting.

If it is a keyword(s) that offers a solution to a problem that a searcher is looking for on Google and YouTube, then it is worth it .... also those sorts of keywords do well for monetization and tend to have a much higher click through rate ...

I tend to use to Google Trends to check out how frequent the keyword is searched for on Youtube. Then, I would search up the phrase and see how popular the top videos are for the keywords.
