Closing my account - Is it a violation of my network contract?

So I could close my account no questions asked?
Is there a way to start a new account with little detail who I am and not get partnered and play low for a little while?

They can't stop you from closing your account. Starting a new one to get around the contract is risky because you entered into a legal agreement where it's very clearly spelled out. Legally speaking, as soon as you create a new account, they have the right to partner it.

It shouldn't matter, but like the others said, read your contract.

On the 'reality not legality' side, no one is gonna care if you close your contract and try to sue you or anything.

Oh.
So if I close my account the contract shall not auto renew or do I have to notify them still?[DOUBLEPOST=1371678641,1371678615][/DOUBLEPOST]

That's what I wanted to know ;3

I don't get it, how can RPM find a new channel made by you again? Do they have your IP so they always know whenever you make a new channel or something?
