I through this together in about 10 minutes at college when I had a bit of spare time.. tbh I've never worked hard on backgrounds or anything :) but these are the colours I am going to use from now on :D

The text for the tv seems out of place might want to go for top or bottum corner

I was working off the current xbox app where in the top left you have text already so it wouldn't be visible and in the bottom right you have what the buttons do :) it just made sense because they're clearly going to make the middle of the "channel art" visible on the TV so this was just the safest option for people to be able to see it :)

I used the guidelines on their website (I created a template) so all my content is in the safe area but if the TV layout is for the xbox and stuff you want to stay away from the top left and bottom right :)
