I always ask for he money beforehand, what I ask isthat you say what colours you want topic of what u want fonts etc as much detail as you can and it should be ready within 5-10 mins of reques

Not to be offensive, But the example you have provided, is someone elses image, and you put black text on it. Anyone could do that in photoshop. You might want to post some better examples to make more people want to get them
