Channel customization

Hey there!

Does anybody knows at what point is one given the permission to customize their channel? I mean, change background into a pre-made one specifically for the channel, make it interactive (with images and links in the background), then add images on top of a videos, etc? Or is this coming only with a partnership?

Nothing. You can not do so without being a partner

You mean banner as in header at the top of the channel page? Or banner, as a chosen image for every one of your videos?

Well, the banner is at the top of your channel, where people put links. The images for your videos are thumbnails. Both are currently partner exclusives.
