Cartoon or childlike voice for recordings

Hello. I’m doing educational videos and I would like to reiterate the colors, shapes, letters and other items when editing. For ex: if I wanted to say lawnmower and spell it out slowly is this something I could do in garage band with a childlike voice?
Please list any other ways I could edit the voice when naming items in the video.

Hi, there are quite a few voice changer apps about. just have a look and try them out. OK they wont be the same as a real child but would do the job
