Can't make money on youtube.

I'm a youtube partner and ads appear in my video,however I can't make money..
What's wrong?
Is it because im blocked until next month?
When I get unblocked will I get the money?

I don't know. But if the content you are uploading doesn't belong to you, someone else can claim it and so they get the money not you. Also, ads still can appear on your channel even if monetization isn't enabled. So go check if monetization is enabled.

The block ends in October.
