No, but people do it all the time, even though it's not right... Unless you had permission from the people behind the game to do it.

Or your a Full Youtube Partner with a Network - Then you can, otherwise you need the Full Permissions for the Company - People who do place ads on the Vids will be court at some point and run the risk of having the channel closed.
