If you are getting not many daily views, I suggest not partnering. It will not help you at all, and will most likely hurt you.

Wait till you are getting at least 100 views daily, then consider partnering.

Why on earth would a partnership ever hurt you, you are already making no money

Partnership with less than 70 daily views = 2yrs lock in and worse split. That 2 yrs, you may become suddenly big in a span of 2-3months and you're still in the same contract until after 2yrs.
