CAN I BE SUED BY WWE ?

Actually yes you can be sued because of what you do. I have read somewhere someone got a copyright strike for uploading a TV show and he/she appealed to it and now the official TV station sued him/her, because of that. So they can sue you when you claim the material as your own and won't listen to them when they give you a strike.

The claimant is required by law to sue the "infringer" once a counter-notification as been issued by the "infringer" if the counter-notification is false to keep the video(s) offline otherwise if they don't sue, YouTube will restore the content.

I could sue you right now because I don't like the shirt you put on this morning. Someone can sue you for almost anything, and that is why many large channels actually start an LLC (limited liability company) so the channel can be sued but the owner is protected. As for the WWE stuff, at the start of every sporting event there is a message. They say that any and all redistribution or rebroadcast of their content is illegal without the expressed written consent of the WWE (or whoever actually owns the footage). YouTube is a distribution outlet, and you can receive a copyright strike for this. The chances of you claiming fair use on this is almost zero. I would not take that risk if I was you. I would stop monetizing this. Sorry, but it is not worth $100 a month.

Yea, and if you leave it up any longer the higher chances you will get striked and deleted or worse. They are probably watching it to be honest, but if you have not got striked yet then that is odd.
