Someone can sue you for almost anything, and that is why many large channels actually start an LLC (limited liability company) so the channel can be sued but the owner is protected. As for the WWE stuff, at the start of every sporting event there is a message. They say that any and all redistribution or rebroadcast of their content is illegal without the expressed written consent of the WWE (or whoever actually owns the footage). YouTube is a distribution outlet, and you can receive a copyright strike for this. The chances of you claiming fair use on this is almost zero. I would not take that risk if I was you. I would stop monetizing this. Sorry, but it is not worth $100 a month.
