Request Can anybody recommend any graphics designers for me?

I've just made a Youtube account, I'm going to start posting content in the new year when I have all my things set up. I was wandering if anybody knows of any good graphics designers who would be able to show me examples of previous work and make me a Youtube background and logo (I'm willing to pay)
